What builders ask before signing up.
What's the pre-launch offer?
Every UK builder who reserves a spot before launch in June 2026 gets £25 per estimate on their first 5 estimates. After that, standard pricing applies. You'll also be first in line for every new feature we ship.
What if my first estimate isn't good enough?
You don't pay. Simple. You only pay if the estimate draft is good enough for you to review and send to your client. We're confident enough in Max to put it in writing.
Is my data safe? Can I trust this with client drawings?
Yes. Your drawings and project data stay encrypted, are never shared with other builders, and are never used to train public AI models. We're UK-based and GDPR-compliant.
Can I edit the estimates before sending?
Of course. Max produces the heavy lifting — the estimate draft, quote, take-off, programme or draft site document. You review scope, tweak prices to your margin, and send. It's your estimate, with your branding.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp. If you can send a photo to a mate, you can use 5 Minute Estimate. No app, no login, no CRM.
What kinds of jobs does it handle?
Extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions, new builds, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, commercial fit-outs, and small trade jobs like tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, flooring and daywork.
What files can Max produce?
Simple works can become estimates, quotes, invoices, change orders, daywork sheets, CSVs and editable Word files. Full construction jobs can also get material take-offs and estimating-stage programmes. Max can draft method statements, RAMS, COSHH assessments and construction phase plans, but H&S drafts need competent-person review before use.
What happens after launch in June 2026?
Standard pricing kicks in at £50 per estimate. Builders who reserved before launch keep £25 per estimate on their first 5 estimates. This offer won't run again.
