No desktop apps, no complex login portals, no CRM onboarding. Everything happens inside WhatsApp.
Step 1
Send your project to Max
Open WhatsApp and message Max. You can send PDF drawings (planning or building regs), structural calculations, site photos, sketches, or record a 60-second voice note describing the job. Max reads what you send and starts building the scope.
Step 2
Max checks scope and flags gaps
Max reviews your drawings and notes, identifies discrepancies between plans, checks for common risk items (party wall, build-over agreements, planning conditions), and asks 2–3 quick questions to clarify anything missing before drafting.
Step 3
Review your draft documents
Within minutes, Max sends back your branded PDF documents: estimate, quote, material take-off, programme, or draft H&S pack. Every document shows assumptions and gaps clearly flagged. You review, adjust, and send to your client. Final review is your responsibility.
Turnaround and limitations
Most drafts are returned within 5 minutes of receiving your information. Complex projects with multiple drawings or unusual scope may take a few minutes longer. Max works best with clear drawings and scope descriptions; very vague or incomplete briefs may need additional clarification before drafting can begin.
Max is an estimating assistant, not a substitute for professional judgement. Always review assumptions, quantities, rates, and terms before sending to your client.
