Service Description
5 Minute Estimate provides a WhatsApp-based AI estimating service for UK builders, delivering construction estimates and risk schedules. The service is a tool to assist your estimating process — final decisions and professional judgement remain your responsibility.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for any decisions made based on the estimates provided. You must ensure all drawings and documents you share are ones you are authorised to use.
Payment Terms
You only pay if the estimate is good enough to send. Pre-launch offer: £25 per estimate for your first 5 estimates, then standard pricing of £50 per estimate applies. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Intellectual Property
The estimates and documents we produce for you are yours to use. The 5 Minute Estimate platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of 5MinuteEstimate Ltd.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5MinuteEstimate Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
