What if my first estimate isn't good enough?
You don't pay. Simple. You only pay if the estimate is good enough to send to your client. We're confident enough in Max to put it in writing.
Is my data safe? Can I trust this with client drawings?
Yes. Your drawings and project data stay encrypted, are never shared with other builders, and are never used to train public AI models. We're UK-based and GDPR-compliant.
Can I edit the estimates before sending?
Of course. Max produces the heavy lifting — the estimate and the risk schedule. You review, tweak prices to your margin, and send. It's your estimate, with your branding.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Everything happens in WhatsApp. If you can send a photo to a mate, you can use 5 Minute Estimate. No app, no login, no CRM.
